These Terms of Use govern your use of this website. They’re separate from our Rental Conditions, which govern the actual rental, training, or tour service once booked — see section 5 below.

You may use this website for its intended purpose: learning about our fleet, activities, and services, and getting in touch to enquire or book. You agree not to:

- Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale without our permission
- Use the contact form for anything other than genuine enquiries

The text, images, video, and design of this website belong to us or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not otherwise reproduce or redistribute site content without our written permission.
5. Website content vs. the actual service
Descriptions, prices, and availability shown on this website are informational and don’t themselves constitute a binding offer. A rental booking is only confirmed once we’ve agreed on dates, terms, and payment directly with you; once booked, that rental — including risk, waiver, equipment, and liability terms — is governed by our separate Rental Conditions, not by these Terms of Use. Training days and guided tours advertised on this site are booked and paid for directly with the independent partner running them, not with AdventureCZ — see Rental Conditions §1 for how AdventureCZ’s role in connecting you with a partner differs from being a party to that booking.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website itself. This limitation does not apply to the separate Rental Conditions governing the physical activities we offer, nor does it exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Czech or EU law.
7. Links to other websites
This site may link to third-party websites (for example, our partners). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
